Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Sorig account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it and exactly what happens to your data.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
In the Sorig app, go to Profile → Delete my account, tick the confirmation box and confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted straight away and you are signed out. No waiting period, and no need to contact us.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@mysorig.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email address registered to your Sorig account, including:
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- The email address or phone number you signed up with
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and then delete the account. We confirm by email once it is done, normally within 7 days and always within 30 days of a verified request.
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored, and neither we nor our support team can recover your bookings, loyalty points or saved favourites. To use Sorig again you will need to sign up from scratch.
What gets deleted
When we action a verified deletion request, we permanently delete:
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, profile photo
- Your saved preferences, wellness preferences and any health notes
- Your saved favourites and loyalty points balance
- Your saved payment methods (the card tokens held by our payment processor)
- Your chat messages with Partner Spas
- Your device push notification tokens
What we keep, and why
A small amount of data is retained after deletion because the law requires it or because it no longer identifies you:

Before you delete
- Upcoming bookings are not automatically cancelled. Cancel them in the app first, or contact the spa directly — a spa’s cancellation policy still applies.
- Loyalty points and credits are forfeited and cannot be restored or transferred.
- Refunds owed to you will still be processed to your original payment method.
- Deletion cannot be undone. To use Sorig again you will need to create a new account.
Partner Spa accounts
If you manage a spa on Sorig, email support@mysorig.com to close your partner account. We will settle any outstanding payouts and remove your listing. Booking records are retained for the period shown above.
